Days 1-5

Day 1

Prepare the demo and list

  • Open the MVP in index.html.
  • Configure a realistic sample merchant.
  • Export the launch pack.
  • Prepare a 5-minute demo using the scanner, customer card, ReviewBoost, and consent ledger.
  • Add 40 qualified local merchants to PILOT_PIPELINE_TRACKER.csv.
Day 2

Start outreach

  • Send 20 Instagram or WhatsApp messages.
  • Send 20 emails.
  • Call or visit 10 businesses.
  • Book at least 2 demos.
  • Keep the pitch narrow: "48-hour digital stamp card and neutral review request setup."
Day 3

Run demos and close

  • Run demos.
  • Ask discovery questions before showing features.
  • Offer Founding Merchant pricing only if they can launch this week.
  • Close with payment and a launch date.
Day 4

Launch merchant one

  • Configure the first paid merchant.
  • Create QR signup and review links.
  • Write their reward terms.
  • Prepare counter poster text.
  • Train one owner or staff member.
Day 5

Observe and capture proof

  • Watch the first merchant use the staff scanner.
  • Fix only blockers.
  • Ask for a short owner quote about the setup experience.
  • Ask for two introductions.

Repeat the motion

  • Add 80 more leads.
  • Repeat outreach.
  • Turn first launch into a simple proof post.
  • Close merchant 2.
  • Launch merchant 2 within 48 hours.
Days 11-20

Narrow the niche

  • Pick one niche and stay there for 10 days.
  • Run 5 demos.
  • Close 1 to 2 more merchants.
  • Record the most common objections in SALES_PLAYBOOK.md.
  • Update demo copy based on real objections.
Days 21-30

Package the proof

  • Produce one case study.
  • Raise default price to Standard Launch Sprint for non-referral leads.
  • Ask every merchant for referrals.
  • Decide the next product build based only on paid merchant friction.
