Configure The Programme

Choose a template

Select your business type, location count, and the recommended programme. Start with one earning rule and one reward.

Add your numbers

Enter average order value and reward cost. Change the reward when the product shows a margin warning.

Confirm signup

Preview the mobile join page. Keep email and SMS choices separate, optional, and unchecked.

Prepare Staff

Manager checklist

  1. Invite each staff member.
  2. Assign the correct location.
  3. Open the scanner on the counter device.
  4. Run one successful test per person.
  5. Confirm validation takes under five seconds.

Customer prompt

Would you like to collect a digital stamp? It takes a few seconds and there is no app to download.

Scan the member QR, tap Add visit once, and confirm any reward before redeeming it.

Put It In Store

At ordering

Place a QR where customers naturally order or pay, with the reward visible beside it.

At waiting

Place a second QR where customers wait or collect. Do not rely on a distant window poster.

At the counter

Keep the scanner open as the default staff loyalty screen during trading hours.

Review Rules

Ask for an honest review only after a real visit. Never connect a stamp, reward, discount, or gift to a review. Never select customers based on expected sentiment or pressure them to review while staff watch.

Check before sending

  1. Preview the eligible audience.
  2. Confirm offer and expiry.
  3. Send a test.
  4. Check identity and unsubscribe route.
  5. Send only through permitted channels.
