Using VisitBeat

VisitBeat provides digital loyalty, customer feedback and related merchant tools. Merchants must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for their loyalty offer, customer notices, consent choices, reward fulfilment and compliance with consumer, privacy, marketing and review-platform rules. Rewards must not be offered in exchange for positive reviews.

Customer cards and rewards

Each merchant sets its own eligibility, expiry and redemption rules. The merchant—not VisitBeat—is responsible for honouring valid rewards and resolving purchase or service disputes.

Availability and acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material, interfere with other users or use VisitBeat for deceptive, unsolicited or unlawful communications. We may suspend access needed to protect the service or others.

Changes and termination

Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated where required. A merchant may stop using the service, subject to any agreed billing or retention obligations.
